CENTARA Core is the foundation tier, designed for teams that want unified access to cloud and on-prem storage without replacing existing infrastructure. Every user gets 250GB of Symply NEBULA cloud storage included as part of a shared account pool, accessible as a virtual desktop drive that mounts like a local hard drive from any location over standard internet. No VPN required.

Core supports up to 25 users, 25 virtual drives, 25 sync jobs, and 2 cloud storage connections. Administrators get a centralised control panel to manage users, assign permissions, and monitor storage usage across all connected sources. MFA is included as standard.

The Bring Your Own Storage (BYOS) feature means Core is not limited to NEBULA. Teams can connect any S3-compatible cloud provider or share local directories from a machine or NAS — turning existing infrastructure into managed, accessible storage without migration or lock-in.

CENTARA Advanced is built for organisations that need to move data, not just access it. It includes everything in Core, and adds a 250GB per-user transfer pool each month, enabling structured data movement between connected storage directories — whether cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-prem, or between locations.

Single Sign-On support covers Entra ID, Okta, and SAML, making CENTARA straightforward to integrate into existing identity infrastructure. Global audit logs record all user and transfer activity across the account. Project workspaces allow storage and permissions to be organised around productions, departments, or clients. An API gateway token is included for teams that want to integrate CENTARA into broader workflows or toolchains.

Advanced supports up to 50 users, 50 virtual drives, 50 sync jobs, and 5 cloud connections. Additional NEBULA storage is available at $14.99/TB/month, and additional connections at $10/connection/month. Advanced is the recommended plan for mid-size organisations, distributed production teams, and enterprise IT departments managing multiple storage environments.

CENTARA Unlimited removes all account limits and adds a dedicated Transfer Server — purpose-built for organisations with large teams, high data volumes, and a requirement to connect on-premises infrastructure to remote users at wire speed.

The Transfer Server bridges on-prem storage — NAS, SAN, local drives, or any attached storage — directly to CENTARA users anywhere in the world. Remote users can upload to it, stream from it, or mount it as a virtual desktop drive over standard internet without a VPN. All transfers are AES-256 encrypted, error-corrected, and delivered with guaranteed delivery — zero data loss even over long distances or variable connections. The customer provides the hardware and network; Symply provides the software and service.
